1. How do I get started with the App?
To launch the App, find the link in our link hub. After opening the app, select the "Subscribe" option. You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription. After entering your information, you'll be all set.
2. Who can I contact for assistance or inquiries?

3. Why does the database only contain Stampin’ Up! products?
Currently, our database exclusively includes Stampin’ Up! products. However, you can add your own custom items by selecting "Add Custom Item" and providing the necessary information.
4. How do I add items from the main database to my inventory?
To add items from the main database to your inventory, begin by searching for the item you want. Click on the item details and then select "Add to Inventory." You can also add multiple items simultaneously by using the "+" button and remove them with the "x" button.
5. Can I input my own items into my inventory or the database?
Absolutely! Simply go to "My Inventory" and choose "Add Custom Item" to include your personal items. Only approved users can add items to the Semble catalog.
6. How can I report errors or suggest changes to the database records?
If you come across any errors or have suggestions, please contact us. To contribute an item to the main database, please email us there as well.

7. Why is the App subscription-based?
The App operates on a subscription model to ensure continuous updates and improvements are financially supported.
8. What is the cost of the App?
The App is priced at $3 per month or $36 annually.
9. Are there any limits on the number of items I can add to my inventory?
Subscribers have no limits on the number of items they can add to their inventory. However, users on the free plan have a limit of 100 items.
10. What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your existing inventory items will remain intact. You will still have access to view and manage your current items. However, please note that you will not be able to create new custom items or exceed the item limit associated with the free plan. Your inventory won't be reduced if you had already exceeded the limit before canceling your subscription.
